Just saw a wild skunk

What's the craziest animal you've seen in your neighborhood?

I went to smoke, was sitting on a park bench and heard something scurrying my way. Its dark and I thought it was a raccoon but then I realized it was a skunk. Thing literally ran under my bench, I was frozen solid praying not to scare it. Thankfully it just ran away lol

Before this I've had deer come up to within a few feet of me and I've seen coyotes running around the parking lot across the street.

as opposed to a domesticated skunk? lol. but I remember seeing a baby moose wandering around the neighborhood I used to live in. even as a baby that thing was still huge

when I lived in Lakeview in Chicago saw this fox not too far from our apartment. Used to see skunks all the time back in Michigan. Deer as well. I live in the Appalachian mountains, so there's lots of wildlife. Get raccoons and possums all the time. Skunks too, lots and lots of skunks.

Occasionally bears and coyotes too.
