I know it might be wrong, but I'm in love with Stacy's dong
I honestly kinda feel like trying to make dungeons clever is one of the worst decisions a JRPG can make.

As much as people whine about hallways, I'll take it every day over the bullshit like Phantasy Star 2 or that Team Rocket HQ or whatever it was in Red/Blue with all the teleporters.

Just let the dungeons make sense for the environment and be filled with good enemies 'n' shit and stop trying to make the thing into a damn puzzler.

Shut your BF28/9 sound hole and listen up.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice? Strike three.

I'll never forget the despair I felt when I reached the top just to find out there was the entire interior to explore still.

On topic, aside from Golden Sun, I can't even think of one. JRPG dungeons come in two flavors: Time-wasting puzzles or corridors with dead end branches.

The real problem was the large dead-zone where you had to move a lot to reveal a little of the map.

Of course, everyone was at death's door when you realized you were at the wrong corner... right before you stepped on the tile with a pair of MxDragons. :P

Was this the one that was like a million hours long and had all the weird tornado things you had to ride?

I wanted to die like a quarter of the way through that dungeon.
