... I have no idea who would be the "Final Boss" of Dungeon Fighter online, and I'm not sure who's the most powerful raid boss lorewise right now.

I guess whoever it is would have to fight Maplestory's Black Mage (There's stronger statwise, but Grandis is more "Post-game", and the Big Bad there isn't fightable yet), and he had the power to recreate the universe so...

Yeah MMOs are tricky >_>

Evice from Pokemon Colosseum vs Simmons from Resident Evil 6.

A high level Slaking, Salamence, Machamp, Scizor, Slowking, and Shadow Tyranitar double-teaming a zombie monstrosity with high regeneration that just freaking refuses to die.

Not sure who would win, but I know who I *want* to win.

edit: Funny... I just realized how similar these two characters essentially are, despite being from wildly different games...

Defining who the final boss in Hundred Line is murky territory, as it could be either Shion , V'ehxness , or Eito , but it's irrelevant in the end as all three would absolutely obliterate The Deserter in Disco Elysium instantly.
PS5s have liquid metal tech like the T-1000- AceCombatX

I guess the most recent "final boss" in Wuwa would be Fleurdelys , so she's up against...

...whoever could be called the final boss of School Days. Which, as a VN, I wouldn't say has boss battles (and if it did, they're all normal high school students, just insane at worst).

So Zoma (DQIII). Tough call. He can rip away buffs, but Fleurdelys doesn't really rely on them. But she also likely won't have the Sphere of Light, so Zoma has his regen and buffed stats.

Giving it to Zoma only because of the shroud of darkness. Without it, Fleurdelys would probably shred him.

Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition's true final boss Void versus Trails through Daybreak II's true final boss Metatros Diaspora .

Well... both are JRPGs with bombastic final encounters and it is difficult to power scale between these two franchises. However, Daybreak II's is a digital entity who is basically considered pathetic while XCXDE's is a kind of cross-dimensional entity possessing ultimate power , so XCXDE seems like the clear winner here.

I have no idea what would count as the 'final boss' in Europa Universalis IV . ...Maybe the Ottoman Empire, unless I'm playing as them(which I wasn't)?
