I've never personally heard of it since it was an implemented thing, but I feel like I have the vaguest of memories of it from way back then.

Still hilarious that it's a thing that Trump signed, implemented, was presumably all 'proud of' at the time and now Hegseth is such Fox News brained out that he attributes all of Trump's shit to Biden's ass.
