It's Frank Castle, he doesn't do anything half-assed or without a plan. If he was captured, it's because it was part of his plan. Remember in Daredevil season 2, when he allowed himself to be captured by the Irish mob? Same thing here I reckon.

Nah

Here's all that happens in echo that's relevant

fisk goes to I believe Oklahoma for the events of the show for months I believe. Fisk recovered from getting shot in the face and got a fake eye. Fisk gets the idea to become mayor after watching the news
