I put the wrong check in there after I was looking through my check book and spent like 3 minutes using kettle steam and a knife to open it like those old spy movies lol. I cant't believe it actually worked but I guess I cant mail it today cuz the special envelope is all soggy >_>

I would have just opened it and then used a fresh new envelope. Its why I always keep a box of envelopes in case something happens to the provided one. Ive had it for like 20 years as I rarely need to mail anything. A couple times a year. Ironically today I mailed something. Will only be one other time this year in September when I mail in property taxes.

Im guessing wanted to utilize the prepaid postage on the envelope instead of paying for the stamp.
