Him losing 20+ pounds at his age without exercise or a change in diet means he's got a tapeworm or bone cancer or something.

He did this last time too, but this is even more North Koreaish as he's several years older and in visibly worse health.

There is no way in hell this overweight 80 year old man with his dietary and sleeping habits is completely normotensive (not on any antihypertensive meds) with a resting heart rate at the lower end of normal.
