Coulda sworn yrs ago most dentists recommended 6 months , not that sure. Any of you do not automatically throw it out but physically inspect the toothbrush?
This is personally what I do mysel, just check it beforehand.
I just do it when I get a new one from my 6 month checkup

i have a reminder to change it every 3 months

I use an electric, it reminds me to swap out the heads every couple months.

yeah. I use an electric toothbrush, and the replacement heads I get come in packs of 4... so idk, it just makes sense to buy one 4 pack a year, and replace every 3 months
