By 2027 the world is in a state of prosperity not seen since the roaring 20s.
The tariffs work and the US economy booms,
This is a literal impossibility. I was hearing a comparison about how Trump's presidency is poised to resemble Hoover's. Hoover also forced through tariffs that everybody told him not to do and it ruined the economy. It didn't bring back or increase factory production in the country, just made it harder for the populace to afford products. So taking all of this into account
Tariffs will bring back inflation to a roaring degree and likely lead to the permanent loss of trade partners. Canada is threatening to cut off the power supply for various states and two provinces provide the power for like 5 or 6 states. Trump's trying to put tariffs on everybody and their mother for daring to disagree with him or fact-checking his bullshit. No way that's sustainable or creating a healthy economy. The markets and wall street have been turbulent everyday as a result and while I don't give a fuck about rich people crying over the market, many normal people's retirement accounts such as 401(k)s are tied to the stock market, meaning a populace that's going to work longer than they normally would and less workforce solutions for younger people. Already unemployment claims are going up after Biden had literal continuous job growth this entire term.
Trump isn't really doing this for any rhyme or reason other than he just seems pissed off at America as a whole for having the temerity to try and hold him accountable for his criminality.
So taking all of this into account
What happens if it all works?
I'll believe the "life is actually a simulated reality" theory and that someone rewrote the programming. So I guess I become religious because that person would be a god? At least in the sense of controlling my reality. But isn't that person Trump?
So taking all of this into accountIt cannot.
What happens if it all works?
But isn't that person Trump?
You'd start worshipping him as a God? O_o
You have a better chance of getting hit by lightning 10 times, eaten by a shark, a whale and an alligator, and survive.I think Tidus did most of that in FFX.
I'm not going to entertain a hypothetical that has zero percent chance of happening. I have more of a chance of winning the lottery than this scenario playing out.You have a better chance of winning the lottery ten times in a row, being eaten by a cloud, jumping off a plane without a parachute and surviving..

the Red Sox actually win the World SeriesThis already happened, so you can't keep using it
This is a literal impossibility.
China backs off Taiwan. Israel and Palestine make peace, Russia pulls out of Ukraine. The tariffs work and the US economy booms, the Red Sox actually win the World Series, standard of living and life expectancy goes up. By 2027 the world is in a state of prosperity not seen since the roaring 20s. Eggs are cheap.and then I wake up
All the stuff he promised would happen actually happens.
Actually now that I think about it, the world being a simulation and Trump playing it like a video game suddenly explains his behavior.
Musk too I guess.
He's just some idiot who booted up Civilization or Democracy and has no idea how to play.
Musk defo is using cheat codes to get him infinite money and lower his criminal record.
So taking all of this into accountthen monkeys will fly out of my ass and hell will freeze over and there will be peace in the middle east and the sun will rise in the west and set in the east and the seas will go dry and mountains will blow in the wind like leaves and Daenerys' womb will quicken again and she will bear a living child.
What happens if it all works?
A while ago, Elon himself made a statement that the world was basically a simulation to him. Think it was back when he was with Grimes.there are juicier sources indeed. Musk was basically just doing a rushed off-the-cuff summation of Nick Bostrom's argument about the simulation hypothesis. basically the idea is that the rate of technological advancement is such that eventually it will be possible to simulate the entire universe and life within it, and then technology will advance in that simulation eventually so that they will be able to make their OWN universe simulation, and on and on nested into so many simulations within simulations that the chance that we are in base reality instead of one of those many nested simulations is virtually impossible statistically speaking.
Edit: found a source-

If you assume any rate of improvement at all, games will eventually be indistinguishable from reality, Musk said before concluding, Were most likely in a simulation.
I'm pretty sure he's yapped on about it in much more detail, but I don't really want to waste time in that rabbit shit hole. But there's probably juicier sources than that out there.
