I've seen some clips of this judge. He seems pretty reasonable which helps too.

He is. There are many times when he catches the probable cause not being there, or being a bullshit reason and throws it out.

Doesnt fuck about if you have an impaired traffic offense and you test positive for substances. If thats the case you are staying with him.

My favorite one is a gun charge for a kid who pulled it on a guy attacking his little brothers with a knife. That one had another attorney come out of the waiting area to defend him and pull out like five different decisions showing the charge was bullshit.
