Can we talk about how thin crust pizza is basically just an overpriced cracker with some sauce and cheese on it? Youre paying the same price (or more) for way less pizza! One bite and its gonewheres the satisfaction?

An impressively bad take
Cookin like a chef, I'm a 5 Star Michelin
Yea Im not into this line of thinking. Some will bemoan not getting enough deli meat on a sub like why is it all about how thick and heavy you can make something?

Sounds like someone is thinking of St. Louis-style pizza.

Thin crust pepperoni with some buffalo sauce on top is a delicious pizza
I get itthin crust pizza can feel like a scam. Youre paying full price, but instead of a hearty, doughy slice that fills you up, you get something thats basically a glorified flatbread. A single bite and poofits gone. Meanwhile, a regular crust or deep-dish pizza actually gives you some substance, something to chew on.

And lets talk about toppingsthin crust barely supports anything! You load it up too much, and suddenly youre dealing with a soggy mess. So whats the appeal? Crispiness? Thats just code for not enough food. If I wanted a cracker with cheese, Id make nachos.

Are you a deep-dish person, or do you just want a solid hand-tossed pizza that actually feels like a me
al?

While the delivery was a little crass, the substance of the op was spot on. Thin crust sucks.

I love thin crust but I never buy it because it feels like a waste of money vs a regular pizza.

"Hey! This pizza's not filling me up with enough bread!"
The food here is terrible. My steak was so tough it attacked my coffee and the coffee was too weak to defend itself.
I like it. I still think square pizza (Detroit style) is the best, but only if it's fresh. Thin is really good cold.
?
100% correct

bar pizza is the only pizza that should have thin crust.

Thin crust is absolutely delicious and it makes the best leftovers. Either cold, or reheated and rolled up like a sexy taquito.

yeah, i never get the thin crust option from Dominos or other chains because it's just so much less filling for the same amount of money. if the thin crust cost less than the regular crust, then it would be worth getting.

certain places that have thin crust as just their regular crust can be good though. artisanal and local places and stuff like that.

This is the only redeeming quality of a thin crust pizza.
