Can a psychic type help me cheat at a casino? If so one of those.

If not, probably Piplup. Small, cute, not likely to cause major issues like pokemon with fire powers could. Plus I could take him to a lake and he can bring me fish! Hell yeah. And my theme is penguins, so it's kind of a given.
Bosses are immune to the eat command so it won't be possible to end the final boss fight of the game by eating it.

Blame people for being so horny for pokemon. Pokemon is like the most sexualized franchise in history and thats because of the Pokemon. Lucario has more nsfw than the vast majority of franchises.
