You do when you know how to actually prepare food. I've never looked at an impossible burger and thought to myself "got to get me one of those". Meanwhile, I look at something like a Dal Tadka or Masoor Dal and I'm the first to grab a bowl. I mean, do you see people complaining when Coleslaw is being served at a bbq? They shouldn't. Yeah, its not always vegan but its a vegetable dish.
