I feel like thats the best option.
Ask me anything about big cats.
Sure.

the red states will literally collapse within 10 years

sounds fucking amazing tbh

Unfortunately, the people who are forced to live in red states won't be too happy about it even though we have no obligation to sacrifice ourselves for them.
*sigh*

No, because while they look like a monolith in election results, within the states are areas of varying levels of blue and red. California and New York each have millions of Republicans. Texas has millions of Democrats.
man - noun. A miserable pile of secrets.
EXAMPLE: What is a man? A miserable little pile of secrets. But enough talk, HAVE AT YOU!
no

there's so many people who would suffer so much from that

The people in the blue states will talk about the humanitarian crisis in the red states and get people to donate to them which will be used to prop up their society. Which is basically how federal taxation works already for many red states.

As a non-republican in a red state who can't afford to move, i'd rather they didn't.

What if relocation costs were given for republicans in blue states and democrats in red states? After that exchange the blue and red states are their own country.

I'd like if they let states choose where their surplus funds went, instead of going to a big federal pool to be distributed.

Some red states would shape up real quicklike.

not really feasible and you still end up with a lot of people (kids especially) getting forced by their family or whatever else to say they're republican

And what of the big blue cities sitting within them??

No state is 100% blue or 100%, all 50 states are more purple.
Insert some witty line here
Geographically, the divide between conservatives and liberals is largely rural vs urban. That's why if you look at an electoral map broken down by county it's a sea of red with islands of blue, with the blue areas being major cities.
"If you are always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be."
No. As already noted, the real issue is rural vs. urban, and that separation is completely impossible.

I would love this. All blue states from 2024 join a union. All red states in 2024 could join Ya'll Qaeda. Then we can check back in 10 years and see how well the red states do without the blue, and how well the blue states do without the red.

We need them for the farms and they need us for almost everything else. We would not make due solely on imports.

Yeah, as much as I would love for Republicans to try that and find out just how much they need us, it's not really feasible.

No, just move to whatever state or area best represents your political affiliation and beliefs.

Idk why people try to over complicate this as if it was never a thing in the first place. That and the last thing this country needs is even more conflict and division.

I do wonder if that's where the country's heading either way. Not quite to a red/blue split, but a dissolution of the union anyways. I just don't see how the country can survive when half the people in office are bent on destroying it.
Time is a funny thing, you know? I guess in the big picture of my life, you were only a blip. But oftentimes, those "blips" make the biggest impacts.
I don't think so Tim.
