Unfortunately, Nate Silver will still be including Rasmussen in his model albeit with the label of being a partisan poll.

FiveThirtyEight removed Rasmussen from their analysis like six months ago.

Nate Silver is selling people on magical thinking. The idea that you can throw a bunch of garbage into a blender and that blender will end up producing a tasty smoothie at the end of the day is laughable. It's the same thing with data. The only acceptable response for junk polls and compromised pollsters is completely removing them.
