Nope. I'm honestly getting tired of the franchise. I have fond memories of the original Dragon Ball and Z, but the franchise gets more and more ridiculous after that point and I'm just kind of over it.

Not likely. Everything Dragonball has been trash for more than half my life, and I have no reason to believe their nostalgia bait nonsense is going to be any better.

Is this the follow up to Super? Sure. I enjoyed much of Super, especially the ToP.

The animation and art already looks far superior to what we got with super.

Ill give it a chance. I mean super had shit art, animation, and story multiple times through its run, so i might as well see if theyve improved

Probably not for the simple reason that as a cable subscriber I rarely get Dragonball stuff. 20 to 25 years ago I was able to watch Dragonball Z and Dragonball in its entirety on Toonami on Cartoon Network. Multiple episodes a day every weekday. I made good progress and it was regularly on.

I rarely see Dragonball stuff now an episode here or there like once a week and Ive never seen GT or Super episode.

I dont stream so Im unable to watch most of this stuff otherwise Id check it out. For all of the complaining about GT and Super Id like to watch them too if I could. Im a casual fan that didnt discover DBZ until my late 20s in the early 2000s but I was instantly hooked and love DBZ.

It looks like a love letter to OG Dragon Ball and it was one of Toriyamas final works. Of course Ill watch it, if anything out of respect for Toriyama

The animation also looks really good
