I'd choose someone not that I hate, but who I think would most benefit from getting out and having some fresh air, touching some grass a little

I seem to be the only one getting listed unironically...

Anyway I'd call for the removal of someone who, you know, actually breaks the rules, but never gets purgatoried due to having a ton of karma or something.

If nobody was breaking the rules then I'd refrain from answering. I'm not gonna just ban people I don't like.

Unfortunately many don't share that consideration.
