As kids we all had to pretend to hate boy band music. As adults we have all embraced it and every event I see Nsync or Backstreet Boys play in gets people singing along.

That was when we were all edgy youngsters/teens that hated anything that the female demograph enjoys. The fact that I can walk into a bar in Vietnam and when "I Want it That Way" plays on the jukebox/karaoke and everyone in the bar is singing to it, you know you're a success. Deep down, a lot of us who hated it back then actually enjoyed them but wanted to look cool to our friends because of peer pressure.100%. I couldnt acknowledge it was a fun song because then I wouldnt be a cool kid. I certainly wasnt going to lead my own way I needed to join with the socially acceptable haters.

The scene was great, but the song I have stuck in my head is Like a Prayer. This one stuck with me too. I've heard countless techno remixes so when this came on, along with the scene ambiance, the little girl in me couldn't help singing along.
Congrats, do you feel superior now?

tbh, I didn't appreciate the song until hearing Dear White People's cover of it:Dear God that's horrid.

Dear God that's horrid.Yeah sorry man I gotta agree with Link here. Took forever to get where it was going and when it got there it wasnt anywhere impressive.
Twitter is full of bitter posts about people hating SheHulk twerk but liking DeadpoolI mean I just hated on that She Hulk twerk scene only because of Megan Thee Stallion, I cant stand her and her awful music.
Possibly hot take: boy bands like NSYNC and Backstreet Boys were always good.
Atleast where I grew up, boy band hate stopped being a thing about the same time we stopped talking about cooties
Like I can't remember the last time it was an actual thing, much less so much of one that Deadpool somehow only put an end to it today
I mean I just hated on that She Hulk twerk scene only because of Megan Thee Stallion, I cant stand her and her awful music.Eh, the twerk scene was an after credits scene that lasted 30secs. Deadpool's was like a 3min cringe opener. These 2 things are not equal.
Bye Bye Bye is a much better song and used in a much better way at the start of Deadpool & Wolverine than that obnoxiously terrible Bodyodyody song they used with Megan for that twerk scene in She Hulk.
It's nostalgic now, though I can only listen to so much before it's like "yeah ok I'm glad this isn't blaring everywhere anymore that's enough"I get it. Though for me I get tired of any song if I hear it too much, lol.

Not true, tc. Warframe can do it, too.I actually had that in mind when I saw this topic. I didn't think anyone else would post it, but I guess I can't name too many Warframe players here off the top of my head.

Theres only two types of people in this world: people who like NSYNC and liars
