Was at a restaurant today and these men behind me were saying that Trump seems like a horrible person and a total asshole but they're going to vote for him because of the economy ( -_-)

It's true, the economy is doing too well right now, definitely need Republicans to come in to power to fuck it up again like they always do.
The commercial says that Church isn't for perfect people, I guess that's why I'm an atheist.

I was arguing with a MAGA the other day about this. He had a bunch of figures he copy+pasted from a politifact article (I know because I found the same article while googling what he said). I'm not very smart and I'm definitely not an economist, so I simply asked if he could explain those figures he posted, and he hit me back with the old "go educate yourself because I don't have time for this!"

Sucks that such things will falsely sway a significant amount of people. The president doesnt a huge impact on the overall economy. They have legislative powers, which can do things like give you tax credits. But the overall tide of the economy will be mostly impacted by other forces and the federal reserve.
