I will say the last episode had a very good point about circulation. How Heavy are the Dumbbells you Lift was really good and this seems to be going a bit deeper

In a lot of Asian cultures, anything beyond rail thin is considered "fat", so a woman with even a little bit of thickness is seen as a fat whale.

In Japan a thick and healthy woman is going to get strange looks if she says she's not a wrestler or a porn star/sex worker. Cuz, "If it isn't for performance or fetish, then why are you "fat"?"
