I was, and still am, legit disappointed that

BotW information carried over to TotK besides registered horses.
However, thinking more deeply on it right now as to why other things didn't carry over, including Korok Seeds and expanded inventory slots, it makes sense, but I am too tired and getting ready for bed to explain my thought process on it.
Without truth, there is nothing.
