The shooter is dead. Not sure why people are saying this was staged. Unless the shooter made some deal and was promised to be revived with the Dragon balls or something later on.
I don't believe this was staged.
But knowing Trump, if he was going to stage something like this, he would probably make some backdoor deal that they will just be arrested then sent free. Only to have them shot in cold blood in the end.
