Both.

I have separate body wash and then a special soap for my face.
You gotta laugh. That is the one thing at the end of your life you will not wish you did less of.

I was a body wash guy from college, but 2 years ago went back to the bar. More bang for the buck, since the body wash is mostly water. Plus, all that plastic.

I use a natural sponge 6 days a week, and a natural loofa once a week.

Body wash, but mostly because my current shower doesn't have a little spot for the soap to sit. But I can sit a bottle of body wash on the edge of the tub without it constantly falling like the soap does. So body wash it is

I switched to bar soap a few years back and can't switch back, it just feels so much better imo. Oars + Alps is my brand of choice.

I use Duke Cannon bar soap. I like it because it lasts a long time. Way longer than Dr.Squatch

Two bottles of body wash last me a year since I use the pom pom poof ball things. Very efficient for lather. Granted, I use Costco size bottles.

Bar soap just feels bad to me, like it never washes off.

I use facial scrub for my face, body wash for my body, and soap for my genitals/ass regions. Body wash with a wash cloth just can't get in that ass good enough for a deep feeling of clean. But I can be a bit anal about my hygiene.

Dr. Squatch got me to convert to bar soap.

Actually, no, I had made the switch before them (always looking for ways to use less plastic) but Dr. Squatch won me over with their Star Wars soap lol. Its expensive, for sure, but I always do a big an order for Cyber Monday when its on sale and the bars last me like a month anyway so its worth it for me.

I briefly switched from using a loofah / body puff thing to just rubbing the soap right on my body and it got used up so much faster I was like nvm Im sticking with sudsing up a loofah instead lol

Exactly what I use, the only soap I found that doesn't cause my face to break out and good enough for quick showers. For deep cleans, I use Old Spice Hydrowash (but still use only the bar soap for my face).
