So I just died from a heart attack after kicking a mailbox.

This game seems cool, didnt think it was this open (I think, Im only like on the 4th screen).

I didnt even think you could die and stuff.

I think one of the most fun things in the game is that sometimes, its better to fail than it is to succeed, and when you do fail, it is always in some ridiculous and memorable way. It sort of eliminates the save scum mentality that is common in RPGs where, oh no, I didn't pass my stat check, that's suboptimal, time to reload.

Yeah, Its already reminding me of the few Vampire the Masquerade sessions Ive played where the most fun stuff that happens are during messy criticals.

Game is fantastic. Things can go so horribly wrong, just roll with it.
The game tackles way too serious topics I was not prepared for. Their own social struggles and politics. Just too in depth and too real for me. Also there is no combat at all. (I knew the second part but thought eh just talking to ppl and solving problems might be fun). If you truly want to role play a character this is certainly a game for that.

It certainly can be a great game if you know what you are getting into and don't mind crpg styled gameplay. Not for me though.

Not gonna lie. At the time I tried playing it, it was way too much reading for what I was looking for.

I started playing and managed to get out into the lobby of wherever you start.
I should prolly pick it back up.
You gonna do something or just stand there and bleed?
I've had it in my cart for the Steam Summer Sale for about a week now. I still need to take one final look before checking out. Trying not to do individual purchases because I know I'll spend too much if I do.

I haven't played it since I first beat it, but iirc, the lines are all now voiced.

The one I played was voiced also, I just wasn't really ready to listen/read that much at that point.

I don't believe in belts. There should be no ranking system for toughness.

I already heard a though say things I can relate too, I had a feeling it wont shy away from dark stuff.

And I know about the combat, I was kinda prepared for a point ans click with stats and rolls, but its something much better from my short time with it.

I admit, I played with a build that gives a ton of skill points. Get enough in, get Jamais Vu on day one, wait out day two then get Wompty-Dompty Don Centre on day three and you have a ton of experience. Something like that. Its a real powerful build.

Amazing game, also really funny, but also really messed up at times.

While objectively it's a good game, it's certainly not a game for everyone and their opinion is valid. It's really not great if it's not someone's thing.
