iirc, horses are opportunistic eaters (they can sometimes eat meat), so I say both.

You ever wonder if a centaur has duplicate organs?
Two lungs, a heart, stomach, intestines, kidneys etc. in the human part of the body, and then the same stuff in the horse part of the body?
Sigs are rather pointless, except if it's to showcase animation and images.

Most of the major organs would need to be in the horse half because there is no way human sized organs would be able to keep up with a body that big.
