Is there a way to buy some?
No. I dont commercially produce. Besides Id have to charge a stupid amount of money to even break even. Definitely way more than grocery stores charge. And considering the amount of time and work it takes me to even do this much, its simply not worth it for trying to sell.
I just do it because I enjoy it (to a degree, again I wouldnt want to do it for commercial sale) and make some for close friends and family.
But this much took me two solid weeks to do. I work 2nd shift so I have to do the prep late at night after work for a few hours because the zucchini and onions has to sit in canning salt on the counter all night. Then in order to process it I have to get up at like 8 am to be able to do the rest, set up the kitchen/clean/sterilize everything and cook it, and can it before I leave for work in the early afternoon.
Then I let the jars cool while Im at work and start the entire process over when I get home. For anyone who does home canning though Im always willing to share the recipe.
