People need to realize seafood restaurants are way too niche in 2024 which is why Red Lobster is dying.
Red Lobster is dying because of poor business decisions. They were bought out by some firm that forced them to rent their land back to them and also forced them to buy tons of shrimp from a shrimp vendor they owned.
