I actually enjoy Winter and nature so I feel like being in Colorado would be my best option for the kind of weather I like. Mild summer temperatures and cool weather the majority of the year.

Why would anyone pick South Park? The city consistently gets destroyed lol. Maybe if you were eternally an 8 year old it could be fun.

Like half of these have to deal with insane shit like aliens/demons/mythological creatures/supervillains, Quahog has the entire Griffin family who are all terrible people, and I don't know anything about Moral Orel or Aqua Teen Hunger Force, so I can't speak on those, but the only sane option out of the ones I am familiar with is King of the Hill

Arlen is basically suburban north Texas. Youll get summer heat but cool crisp falls and icy sometimes snowy winters as well as it just being normal. So yeah that.

I can't speak for Gravity Falls, but Quohog and Arlen seem to be the safest options, and of them Quohog is far less boring than Arlen.

Springfield is heavily radiated, remember that.

Langley Falls is nice, but people get killed and stuff explodes left and right there, largely due to the Smiths.

South Park has crazy shit happening constantly.

Townsville gets attacked everyday.

South Jersey is an absolute mess even without the cast-related shenanigans canonically in ATHF.

I'm pretty sure I'd be arrested as a Catholic in Moralton.
Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less.

I voted Springfield for its size and presumable activeness, suggesting that there are job opportunities there.

While Arlen is more normal, its in Texas. I have to many issues with Texas.
