I do feel like we should be making sure Americans have access to high speed internet first. I'm fine with doing both, but we need to do more to increase access to broadband and Highspeed internet for americans.

Those romance scams are awful, but I really can't feel sorry for anyone who falls for that 'my queen' shit and sends them thousands of dollars. Binged a bunch of those videos trying to feel sympathy and just got mad at how fucking dumb they are.

It's probably much easier to do things like this to places that WANT it versus having to work with republicans who actively block it.

So, Russia to arm more warlords to help sabotage these infrastructure upgrades? They're part of why various African countries can't seem to get over the hump. Combine that with resource exploitation from various developed nations (including Russia again).
