This. Baked chicken is as simple as pre-heat oven to X, put chicken in baking dish with broth, cook for X mins. That's about one step more than microwaving something.
I just rub some olive oil on chicken thighs, season, then bake for 50-60 minutes at 375 in a dry baking dish or pan. Use foil in the baking dish so nothing to really clean up.
