there's no prepare. no workout

our feet will be barking after the run i have to do today. no cellphone = no taxi :(.

just had to do a double long walk for grocery's yesterday too (emergency)
currently playing: elder scrolls skyrim (ps5)
RIP Sophie the dog: February 2011-april 2024. we'll miss you alot.
Work on the other muscles that aren't sore. You know, the "push/pull/leg" routine.

I also hope you at least do 15 min of stretching depending on which routine you're going to be doing. The moment I started taking stretching more seriously I realize that my muscles don't get as sore as they used to when I first started working out without it.

I don't stretch as much as I should, but I'm never sore from the day before either. If I'm consistent with workouts, I don't really have soreness the next day.

i only do 3 times a week and upper body day is monday/friday so i'm never really sore. i also stretch after every workout.

Soreness is a major thing, but only if you're new or getting back to it after a long break. When it's just routine, soreness isn't much of a factor. Now doing extra, unplanned exercise on top of that...
