That may be a user thing. I tried to order Super Mario Odyssey digital from them for a whole weekend when it was on sale, and it always got canceled. My friend ordered it for me and gave me the redeem code.

I honestly support this, if not for the same reasons Nintendo does. Im a bit old fashioned when it comes to things like this. Buying a physical copy in stores makes it more meaningful to me in a way.
