Where I live (hood-ish) the fillets and nuggets are noticably smaller than the Chick-fil-A I go to by work (rich area).

that is why you never go to the ones that are rated 3* and under.

you want 4-5* rated chick-fil-a and that includes the rich area (the chicken is good if disregard the beliefs).

idk if it's specific to the hood or not, but there is a HUGE difference in chic-fil-a quality, imo.

the fries from the mall one by me are delicious, but the ones in the rich area ones are soggy and undercooked.

even in college i always felt like it was a crapshoot how many/much nuggets you got.

anyway, why not document it? take a picture of the rich-fil-a and if your food isn't up to par show them the picture or idk

I didn't think they built CFA near the hood

All the ones near me are in high traffic areas close to highways, or near colleges

Only had CFA once, but it was real high quality stuff. Could be like IHOP, where the staff and stock sources are the biggest factors in quality, as opposed to typical chains.
