Best Pokemon Tournament: Preliminaries, Round 15

I like Articuno more as a Pokemon (it's in my all-time top 10) but Mewtwo gets bonus points for being one of my mains in Smash Bros. and that makes it a lot closer. My vote still goes to Articuno though.
