I've been drinking on a pretty much daily basis for my entire adult life. AMA

People usually assume I'm older than I really am. I feel like I've aged a lot in terms of my looks over the past few years.
Alcohol does that to a person man. Not only does it dry out the skin which makes it look splotchy and affects it's elasticity but it also prevents the body from absorbing most of the nutrients from your food properly. Because of this, serious alcoholics tend to be on the verge of malnutrition moreso than overweight.

Despite being a drinker, Ive done a fair but of research to make sure I'm offsetting some of that the most I can. Drinking tons of water(which I've always done anyway), wife got some face cream products for me to use everyday after I shower, and I take a multi vitamin every day for whatever that's worth. I also eat rather healthy in general. Lots of veggies, rice, and tofu.
