Do you play SF, Sunhawk?

Balrog has been a good character in every iteration he's been in.

Gief less so but his design is very purposeful. Bad sometimes but never the worst.

Unless you're referring to their personalities. In which case yeah Rog is a villain but Zangief certainly isn't. Not sure why Wreck it Ralph made him out to be.

Zangief is the very first grappler. Hard concept to balance out from scratch.
