This is known as quid pro quo and is frowned upon in (most) professional environments.

However as long as you and whoever were consenting to the terms without any excessive undue pressure then that's on you/them.

Idk about full on law though.

If anything unless you're constantly demanding/paying this way, I don't know how the law would find out unless someone snitched on you.

A friend offered to send me a "slutty pic" for bringing her food. Just picking up and dropping off food that she ordered and paid for, she didn't offer that until after I'd already agreed, and it wasn't mentioned at all while I hung out for a little bit after dropping it off, but she did follow through after, lol.

only from people I'm already dating or otherwise sexually active with. Usually it's a "favor for favor" deal as opposed to anything literally involving cash.

That day? For one, because she was in the hospital, lol (a fairly common thing, genetic condition).
We'd already had a sexual relationship in the past but weren't compatible as a couple. A few charged moments over the years, and now and then she'd want to show off a little like that, but ultimately we were better off not going down that path again - now I'm happily engaged, she and her bf have a 5-month-old, and we're all friends.

If you've an acquantince and you buy them something that costs, say, $60 with the expectation that they'll get you cash but the next 3 times you see them they ain't got the money and they, or you, offer whatever level sexual favor they're comfortable with/you think they'll be comfortable with then I don't see why that would constitute a crime

It does come with the risk of alienating whoever if they are (deeply) offended at the request and being potentially left empty handed.

I can't find anything about it being illegal outside of the work place/environment.
