That would definitely put him over the top. But this is a criminal trial not one of his plethora of civil cases.
His fat ass has to sit there every day, not disrupting the court.
During covid it was different but he cant just be pushed out into another room without the jury getting the wrong idea. They have to see the misbehavior. And the failure of the judges attempts to stop it.
Then you throw him in the clink when hes not in court.
