It's actually a good thing.
Colon cancer cases have actually gone up in younger people. To the point that they are now recommending a younger age to get your colonoscopy. I think the recommendation is now 30? March was actually colon cancer awareness month.
Anyway, it's actually a good thing more are becoming aware. I say all of this as someone who admittedly hasn't gotten one yet and I'm 32. So kudos to everyone who has. I plan to follow suit either later this year or next year.
