What I don't get is how you're supposed to watch for changes in bowel movements. Doesn't everyone experience diarrhea and constipation occasionally? I assume most people don't have the same type of shit every day.
How old are you? If you have a family history they might order one for you. I got mine at 33 cause my uncle died from this at 60. Also yeah, its becoming a trend between young people. Your best defense is a healthy lifestyle, specially diet.
