On a side note the same mod also mentioned that using alts to bypass suspension / purgatory will get the alt suspended now. No answer yet on if this also applies to warned. They confirmed use of alts is still okay as long as your main is in good standing.
On this part: Got confirmation that this does not apply to Warned; and that (subject to your main no longer being in bad standing) using an alt to access CE if your main can't is also fine.
Also that bans effectively are auto-KoS.
