The local burger joint has a new burger every month (they then remove last month's burger from the menu).

For may they have a triple smash burger with 3 different kinds of cheese and it was the greasiest thing ive ever seen
Come out and live with a community in a beautiful place out in the country

I dont get how smash burgers are greasy. The patties are so thin that they become well done when cooked. Was it deep fried?

Because theyre usually made with beef that has a lean/fat ratio of 80/20 or sometimes even 75/25.
