I think you misunderstood the ICJ ruling.
I understand the ruling perfectly. Israel has a responsibility to not engage in genocidal behaviour and even then they claim the court is biased against them.
You on the other hand went batting for the apologist whose defence of Israel is that "they could've killed more people if they really wanted to".
