Oda doesn't actually show or tell us what the One Piece is
It wouldn't matter, because the One Piece itself has always been the least important part of the story.
Doesn't take a lot of brains to be a good fighter.
Also after the last chapter my theory is that the One Piece is a map of the world before the sea levels started to rise and separate everything into a series of islands
One Piece is a giant piece of meat that regenerates.
Take me down from the ridge where the summer ends
And watch the city spread out just like a jet's flame
