The TV teams should have been in the scene where all the portals open.
It was a little weird how arbitrary the armies that appeared were. We got Wakandans, Sorcerers, Asgardians, and Ravagers, but nobody else wanted to show up and help fight the guy who took out half the universe. And it's not like this was some grand plan they had set up in advance, it was literally a spur-of-the-moment gathering of forces because they didn't even know there was going to be a war to fight at all after the second snap.
At the very least, I feel like armies from at least one more of Earth's major nations would have wanted to fight. The US army rallying behind Captain America again would have been a cool shot.
