I do hate how Hulk became this weird comic relief as the series went on. Hulk in Avengers 1 was the best. Everyone on screen and in the audience had actual tension on when/if Bruce would Hulk out, which is what makes his character emotionally interesting.

Yeah. It felt like every other major hero got their angle on Thanos, but Hulk gets punched once and he's irrelevant for the rest of the time.
