not by the tap but upon discovering that it's a stranger?If I was with other people, they wouldnt need to tap me on the shoulder. If I was alone, someone tapping my shoulder automatically means it's a stranger. I dont think touching strangers is something anyone should do unless it's life or death or critically important.
