Most people really have no sense of perspective for this, though.
Everybody whines about the DMV, even in places where it takes like fifteen minutes or less to get through the line.
I've had business there when the line was halfway across the park, when they weren't even open yet. It was the result of an absurd embezzlement scandal while ultimately resulted in, among many other things,
half a million people
sharing
six
lanes at the DMV.
To my knowledge, it's still that way, though I left that place years ago.
