Why? Moldaver worked for companies that were bought by Vault-Tec, it's not like she was working independently and sold her research. And it's not like Hank was in charge of buying companies
I dunno, corporate culture. Young Hank struck me as a really ass kisser, the type to want to know everything about everyone so he can impress his boss.
