Say you have a stomach bug that is giving you diarrhea and sulfur smelling burps. What are some foods, other than like toast and crackers, that you can nibble on?

is there anything thats actually halfway appetizing and good tasting?

I don't know. I had one a week ago and all I could manage to eat was a couple pieces of bread that day.

I've been having indigestion lately and have been able to handle potato soup (without bacon, of course).

Thats concerning. This has been it going on for a week. I looked up gallbladder issues and clay colored stool, which I have also been having, is a symptom of bile issues.

i REALLY dont wanna go to the dr

If this has been going on for a week, you absolutely should go to a doctor. Beyond likely being severely being dehydrated, something going on that long is a pretty good indication something is wrong inside your body. If this was just your body trying to flush out something you ate, it would have stopped by now.

And unfortunately, bland food is the best thing for you right now because its the least traumatizing and easiest to digest. Your gut biome is likely in terrible shape, and anything with fat or simple carbs, or even moderately spiced, is just going to irritate your digestive tract further and keep the cycle going.

BRAT diet: Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast. Avoid dairy as much as you can, keep drinking clear non-sugary fluids, and if you think you can stomach it try and find some non-sugar electrolyte powder or drink to at least keep the rest of you going. If you really need to push it, it will taste super bland but boiled chicken can get you skme protein.

If you are adamant about not going to a doctor, at least try some immodium to try and get the diahhrea under control. But if it still doesnt help, Go to the damn doctor!
Look up a crohn's disease diet. Should be able to eat anything on it as long as you're not allergic.

Edit: as for diarrhea, take some Pepto bismol.
It says right here in Matthew 16:4 "Jesus doth not need a giant Mecha."
